FEAR NOT!
(Isaiah 41:20 -- Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; year, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.)
This is such a beautiful and comforting scripture, for in it, we learn that God promises to keep us; with all my heart, I do not doubt that He has a strong reserve of power and love with which He will do so.
If our God directs the earth in its orbit, and fuels the burning furnace of the sun, how hard will it be for Him to sustain us in a time of need? Shall He that created the world and hang it upon nothing grow weary? Shall He who does these things be unable to defend His children? Does He not ride upon the wings of the wind, and make the clouds His chariots? Does He not hold the ocean in the hollow of His hand? How can He fail us?
Heavenly Father,
You are our God, our hope and strength. We do believe that you are faithful in your promises; we believe that none will go unfulfilled. Your infinite supply of grace can never be exhausted, and the overflowing wealth of your magnificent strength can never be emptied by your children nor rifled by your enemies. We love You. Amen.
THE MOUNTAINTOP
Being on top of the mountain is such a wonderful experience for the Christian. There he finds himself revitalized, full of zeal, and strengthened beyond measure. There, he gives his whole heart to the Lord ~ he senses his usefulness and his fervent spirit soars high like an eagle.
'Tis God's grace and love that gives moments like these, but we ought not spend our days seeking or asking for them; our greatest service to God is down in the valley, not on the mountain. On the mountaintop, we are of little use to Him, but when He allows us time in the valley -- we are of GREAT, GREAT VALUE!
JESUS WENT FORTH TO SUFFER OUTSIDE THE GATE.
We, too as Christians can walk through the gate and reject a world of sin and religion. As disciples, we must follow our Master, for His life was a constant protest against conformity with the world.
Just remember this, ... a little while of suffering, a little while of witness bearing will seem as nothing when we are forever with the Lord. "No joy can excel that of the soldier of Christ ... for to him is revealed the One who gives sweet refreshment; to him is given calmness and stillness in times of calamity or need."
Being reconciled into Christ is as sweet as honey dripping from the comb. Being accepted in the beloved is as a warm kiss to the brow ~ we know that He accepted us through the richness of His grace; having daily communion with Him is what we yearn for day after day.

BLESSINGS
With our eyes upon the Lord Jesus
We know goodness, and thus we can give
A bounty of pure sweet blessings
Each moment or season in which we live.
Always moving in Him, yes
Gleaning from His righteous hand
We are full to the brim with blessings
And always in His love we stand.
WITH GRATEFUL HEARTS!
Let us do all we may, my Lord
Let us ponder at Your feet.
Let us hear the words of Your lips
And their meaning so true and sweet.
Lord, it is earnestly You that we love
And our hearts are grateful, sincerely
May it be that we serve You forever and always
In fervency, and meek simplicity.
LET ME LOOK
Let me look to Thee, my Lord
Let me hold fast to Thine embrace
Let me sing of Thy joyous love
And walk humbly before Thy holy face.
Give my heart great strength and courage
Grant that mine eyes might see
The beauty of Thy heavenly countenance
And its influence showered upon me.
